Training Philosophy

Our training philosophy is to make our trainings as engaging as possible so the learner can retain the information to use their new skills when they return to their worksite. To do this we follow the 6 D's, which is an extension of the ADDIE model focusing on linking the training to increased business outcomes.

Using GamificATION to enhance learning

Several meta-analysis studies, cited within the course, have found support that using gamification within a custom training allows your learner to interact with the material a step beyond the typical 10 questions after the course and increase long-term retention.
